  1. Try Meditative abdominal breathing and just MAKE your mind and body understand that the anxiety you feel is your creation, and you can STOP creating it. If you feel anxiety it is usually because you are living in fear of the past mistakes you may have made or what someone did to you, which is dead and gone or living in fear of the future which is not a reality. IN other words here’s a good quote:
    “Whatever you pay attention to is what you create.” AND
    “If you are depressed
    you are living in the past.
    If you are anxious
    you are living in the future.
    If you are at peace
    you are living in the present.”
