FINALLY! After a long , long LONG month, I have been able to catch up on some sleep. Today is the first day in a very long time that I have not felt bone tired. I slept 10 hours last night and 10 before. It feels incredible!
This last week was very tough on my anxiety. It ran high all week and I think the lack of sleep was part of the problem. Today I didn’t have any signs of anxiety! YAY!
I feel confident that this week I will be set on a positive path and will be a joy to those around me! Not to mention I won’t be grumpy because I am not exhausted!
That is so good to hear Elle. It makes me happy to hear when fellow ‘calmness-challenged’ friends find some calmness in their lives.

I struggle with fatigue and it does make it challenging. My anxiety gets higher on the days I am just beat. Glad you were able to get the sleep you need. Anxiety is very fatiguing in itself.
