This week I experienced a wide range of emotions. I was excited, devastated, happy and sad – and that was just Monday! It has just been rough.
So to relax and let my mind escape from the anxious tendrils that hold it captive, I am going to do some writing. I am going to let my music drown out the real world and my thoughts focus in on my words.
It feels good to be able to just focus on something else! This week is going to be better! Positive thoughts and positive vibes!
