  1. I totally forget where I heard this..yoga class maybe?..but this visual has been a tremendous help for me during high intensity times. Instead of rearing up for a fight when we feel anxiety, fear or whatever else, we are told to imagine ourselves sitting at an outdoor cafe, ..we see anxiety strolling our way..we recognize what it is (cause we’ve met before) we acknowledge it and watch as it passes by. We don’t engage, we don’t interact, we don’t deny, we don’t fight, we just allow it to to meander on by..to pass.- I know this probably sounds hokey, but it has been helpful for me..maybe cause I love visualizing myself at a cafe- HAHAHA!! 😃
