My new Dead obsession

Oh. My. Word. Why have I never watched the Walking Dead? I started watching it last night, and now I am obsessed! I have never been a zombie fan, however, a few months ago I read Warm Bodies, and fell in love with the genre. I was not sure if I could handle the guts and gore, but it has not been as bad as I imagined it to be. It has a fantastic plot and I am loving every moment! It has actually made me want to go to Georgia! 🙂

Enjoying some Elle Time!

Tonight, my husband has to stay late at work, so I am enjoying some Elle time! I have been watching Romantic Dramas and eating ice cream! It has been very relaxing, especially after a long week. First, I watched the Spectacular Now, which a coming of age story that deals with love, loss and finding the courage to face an unknown future. I love movies that touch on these subjects because we can all relate to them. I recommend you taking the time to check it out!

Now, I am on to Great Expectations!

3 Episodes In!

Ok! I am three episodes into Falling Skies now, and I must say that I am intrigued! The story is beautifully written and the plot, oddly enough, isn’t too unbelievable. Truly, if aliens invaded the Earth, I think this is how it would go down.

Has anyone else seen the show? If so, what are your thoughts?

The Holiday

Whenever I watch the Holiday, with Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz, I always feel so romantic and festive! It is such an incredible movie! My mother has NEVER seen it, so I quickly changed that, and we are watching it now!

I highly recommend it!

My guilty pleasure is…

My guilty pleasure is Paranormal Romance! I can’t seem to get over them. I truly could devour all paranormal romance novels. 🙂 I particularly have a thing for werewolves… Yum! Not vampires! I ICK!

Guess what?! I am proud of my guilty pleasure (even though my friends who have found out give me a hard time).

I Love Nostalgia

Nostalgia is one of the greatest feelings ever! I love hearing an old Backstreet Boys song and being transported back to my childhood! There are lots of “90s kids” BuzzFeed posts floating around social media, and I make sure to read through every single one! I had a fantastic childhood and seeing pictures of the old styles, toys and movies brings a warmth to my heart! It’s fabulous! 

So for my own pleasure, and hopefully yours as well, here are some of my favorite 90s things! ENJOY!
