Back to the Grind!

Summer break is nearly over, and in preparation for the new school year I have been working in my classroom. I had some trainings for the classes I teach, which is through Cambridge University, and in between trainings, I was able to squeeze in some time to work on decorating my room! I will admit, that decorating for the beginning of the year is one of my FAVORITE parts of the entire year! I love doing it! I am very happy with how it turned out! Check it out!

Mundane Excitement

For the past week or so, I have harbored a deep excitement about going back to work to set up my classroom! I have actually been counting down the days! It’s a little sad actually, but I truly love decorating my classroom. Every year I end up moving rooms so I get to start over, decor wise. I have been Pinning on Pinterest all summer and I am ready to get started!

No, I am not saying I am ready for summer to be over, because I am not quite ready for that yet. But I am thrilled to begin organizing and decorating!

This exhilaration tells me that I am in the right career. LOL!

Continued family time

Today we met up with my brother in the city and enjoyed a rainy day in Columbus! We went out to eat in a restaurant that specializes in buffalo meat, and it was delicious! I have never had buffalo before, so it was a religious experience! 😀

After we had dinner we FINALLY got to see Jurassic World! WOW, is all I can say! I honestly felt like I was a kid again, seeing new and terrifying monsters all over again. I love loosing myself in a great movie! It made it even sweeter to be able to enjoy it with my entire family!
