Weekly Anxiety Review

This week, at work, was very stressful. I have been given more responsibility. Since I have been stretching myself in so many different directions I have put my own responsibilities, I have felt very stretched to just catch up on what I needed to do. Today I felt it all press down on my shoulders and I experienced some anxiety. A few people at work know about my struggle so they instantly recognized what was happening and they were so wonderful! I took a little 10 minute break and had some laughs and then I was able to go on with my day without anxiety dragging me down.

I am just so happy that I am at the point in my life where having a small anxiety moment doesn’t ruin my entire day or week, or month. I am feel empowered! It feels amazing to start having control over something that has always had control over me!
