Being negative takes a lot of work!

The past few weeks have been difficult for me, and today I finally was able to push my negative thoughts to the side and make room positivity! I had a a great time with my students, and my co-workers and it felt nice to be back on the bright side of life! I realized that I was exhausted by the end of the day and had hardly done anything. I realized that being negative takes a lot of energy! If I am going to be exhausted I want it to be because I was laughing until it hurt and playing like a kid! No more time being mopey and sad! Time to focus on the positive things in life!

  1. Exactly!! It’s kinda like holding a grudge- you’re letting someone live in your brain, rent-free! So glad you were able to push some of the negativity away! Have you tried meditation before? That has helped me a lot. πŸ™‚

  2. Feelling anxious is such hard work – really glad it’s shifted for you. I practise Reiki to support and replenish myself (and my clients) and I know life would be infinitely harder without it.   3. You’re right. Being anxious and negative takes a lot out of us and can leave us feeling depressed and tired. I know that when I’m really anxious my eyes tend to get tired and I just feel generally unmotivated. I like what you said about us feeling exhausted because we had a good day and laughed hard instead of because we let anxiety control our lives. Good post!
